We use the information we collect to:

• Process and deliver your fax transmissions
• Manage your credit balance and purchases
• Provide customer support
• Improve our service and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Document Handling

Documents you upload for faxing are temporarily stored only for the duration needed to complete the fax transmission. Documents are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. Our staff does not access or view your documents. Documents are never used for analytics, training, or any purpose other than fax delivery.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following parties for the stated purposes:

• Apple — authentication and payment processing
• Supabase — cloud infrastructure and data storage
• Third-party fax carriers — to deliver your faxes to recipient fax machines

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit using TLS
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls
• Regular security reviews and updates

6. Data Retention

• Account information is retained while your account is active
• Fax history metadata (numbers, dates, status) is retained for your records
• Document content is deleted within 24 hours of processing
• Purchase records are retained as required by law
