1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using FaxRabbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

FaxRabbit is a mobile fax application operated by Teapot Technologies LLC. The service allows users to send faxes using a credit-based system. Each credit corresponds to one fax page, giving you full control over your usage without recurring charges.

3. Account Registration

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use FaxRabbit. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits & Payment

Credits are purchased through in-app purchases processed by Apple. 1 credit equals 1 fax page. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits never expire as long as your account remains active. Pricing is subject to change with notice. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

5. Fax Transmission

Fax delivery is facilitated through third-party carriers. While we strive for reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control such as recipient fax machine availability, line quality, or number validity. Faxes typically deliver within minutes but may take longer depending on network conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FaxRabbit to:

• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Send unsolicited bulk faxes (spam)
• Use the service for harassment or abusive purposes
• Transmit protected health information without proper HIPAA compliance measures

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in FaxRabbit, including the app, branding, and content, are owned by Teapot Technologies LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

FaxRabbit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Teapot Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination for violation, unused credits may be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of FaxRabbit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
